CHAMPAGNE BRUT SÉLECTION

 

This Champagne comes from our plots of old Pinot Noir vines (over forty years old), for a more intense aromatic concentration. The grapes are carefully chosen according to the year for the balance of aromas. This cuvée is very refined. The palate, in unison, is warm, intense, smooth, rich in persistent aromas of citrus, peach, pear and pastry. It can be enjoyed throughout the meal and will be appreciated at a temperature of 8 ° C.
